Responsibilities
- Sourcel and recruit qualified candidates for technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments using ATS platforms
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnel efficiency
- Collaborate with sales team to align staffing solutions with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Ohio market
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and placement quotas
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong knowledge of Ohio's talent landscape and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
