- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop strategic client partnerships to understand evolving hiring needs

- Mentor junior recruiters and implement innovative sourcing methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with Bay Area staffing agencies
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems
- Proven track record placing specialized roles in competitive markets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
