Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and hospitality
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Leverage ATS systems and social media platforms for candidate engagement
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs and filling high-volume roles
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong understanding of New Orleans' labor market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven performance culture
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
