Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes while providing exceptional candidate experiences
- Develop strategic partnerships with Nashville-based companies to understand staffing requirements
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment campaigns and improve placement rates
- Represent our agency at industry networking events to expand market presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven success metrics
- Expertise in candidate sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive-level experience
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Valid Tennessee staffing industry certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Nashville's job market and key industry sectors
