Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend/temporary assignments across San Jose's tech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Conduct high-volume phone and virtual interviews leveraging behavioral assessment techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for weekend shifts including onboarding and compliance documentation
- Maintain robust candidate pipeline using ATS systems and CRM platforms
- Build strategic relationships with hiring managers to understand weekend staffing needs
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across niche job boards and professional networks
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations for weekend and temporary employment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift or temp agency background
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and placement
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of Bay Area labor market and weekend employment dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Staffing and Recruiting (CERS) or equivalent preferred
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in volume-based recruitment scenarios
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
