Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews for temporary weekend positions
- Manage client communication and resolve staffing issues in real-time
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing documentation
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend staff
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Implement weekend staffing strategies to optimize client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
