Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for weekend-shift positions across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
- Screen and qualify 15+ candidates weekly using ATS platforms and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Develop strategic partnerships with department heads at client companies to align staffing needs
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Coordinate onboarding processes for weekend staff including background checks and compliance training
- Generate weekly performance reports with metrics-driven insights for client stakeholders
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing candidates in weekend-shift roles (healthcare, manufacturing, or logistics preferred)
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated placement rates above industry average
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Minnesota staffing license and clean background check
