Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using both traditional and digital channels
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools effectively
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Memphis TN job market and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-CP or CERP certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
