- Managed full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Developed and maintained robust pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools
- Collaborated with clients to define staffing needs and deliver customized talent solutions
- Conducted market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Maintained 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
- Utilized Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (placement rates, client retention)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CER certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
