Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Georgia
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment funnel for efficiency
- Collaborate with team to achieve quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Georgia market
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in tech/healthcare/finance
- Expert knowledge of Atlanta talent landscape and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent certification
