Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ active client accounts
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers at regional companies
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn to optimize candidate pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Present qualified shortlists with detailed market analysis
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in closing technical and executive roles
- ATS proficiency (Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of Cleveland's talent landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
