Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions across Georgia
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and agency policies
- Track and report key metrics for recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction
- Coordinate weekly payroll processing for temporary staff
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize staffing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Georgia labor laws and staffing regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
