Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various industries, including Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Corporate.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates to meet specific client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Conduct reference checks and extend employment offers.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
