Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time positions across Atlanta
- Manage candidate pipeline through our ATS and coordinate interview schedules
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct intake calls with candidates to assess skills and preferences
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Atlanta's job market and industries
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings
