- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and compensation trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless candidate-client matching
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of filling 15+ positions monthly with high retention rates
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making mindset
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
