Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates with client companies across Tampa Bay
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate seamless hiring processes
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
