Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure seamless placement logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system and CRM platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Seattle
- Prepare weekly reports on key recruitment metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
