Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse client needs
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data
- Support client onboarding processes and placement documentation
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Assist with job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Prepare weekly recruitment progress reports for senior recruiters
Qualifications
