- Conduct comprehensive interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-client alignment
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and facilitate seamless onboarding experiences
- Develop deep client partnerships through regular consultations and staffing strategy sessions
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Maintain compliance with all Illinois labor regulations and staffing industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
