Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for clients across healthcare, tech, and hospitality sectors
- Source and screen qualified candidates using ATS platforms and targeted outreach
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Facilitate interview coordination and offer negotiations between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client relationships and service offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
