Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including onboarding, placement coordination, and follow-ups
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative talent attraction campaigns
- Meet monthly placement targets while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Detroit metro area residency preferred for local client access
- Valid Michigan driver's license for occasional client site visits
