Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Washington
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and weekly pay portal for streamlined operations
- Track and report key metrics including placement rates, client satisfaction, and revenue generation
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing, recruitment, or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong knowledge of Washington's job market and industry sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
