Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across diverse industries using cutting-edge recruitment tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Philadelphia-area businesses
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and improve performance
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, multi-industry talent acquisition
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of Philadelphia's job market and key industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
