Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic client relationships across diverse industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in permanent and contract positions
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven talent acquisition strategies to clients
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using ATS platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional candidate and client experiences
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience in Illinois market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expert knowledge of Illinois employment laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
