Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and IT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Track key metrics and provide weekly reports to senior management
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve recruitment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in El Paso or West Texas market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with both candidates and clients
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
