Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for light industrial, administrative, and skilled trade roles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate salary and offer packages to secure top-tier talent for our clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the Nashville area.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client site visits).
