Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Actively source, screen, and interview potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Placement Management: Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Payroll Administration: Assist in verifying hours and processing payroll for temporary and contract workers.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in the El Paso market to drive agency growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
