Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with the right job opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing needs and manage expectations.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from Mesa, AZ.
