Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of New Orleans' business landscape and talent market
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
