Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships across diverse industries
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in contract-to-hire roles
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies using cutting-edge tools

- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly KPIs and revenue targets

Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or sales with proven success metrics
- Expert knowledge of Washington's tech, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with client/candidate focus
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
- Valid Washington state staffing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
