Responsibilities
- Develop and execute staffing strategies for Fortune 500 clients in San Jose's tech corridor
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR decision-makers
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates using advanced Boolean techniques and AI tools
- Conduct client presentations and negotiate staffing contracts
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews and offer negotiations
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent recommendations
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of San Jose's tech talent landscape
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional client dinners
