Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for permanent tech roles including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and professional networks
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with precision
- Manage candidate pipeline and placement metrics using our proprietary ATS
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach and client consultations
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven track record of 50+ annual placements in engineering roles
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find AI/ML and cybersecurity talent
- Technical understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud technologies
- Strong negotiation skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or CTS preferred)
- Deep network within San Jose tech ecosystem
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable ATS platforms
