Responsibilities
- Support recruiters in sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Manage candidate communications via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling between candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles and recruitment documentation in ATS systems
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires and temporary placements
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- No prior staffing/recruitment experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn ATS software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
