Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits may be required)
