Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates in weekly-paying temporary and contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier employers across Miami-Dade and Broward counties
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate skills and availability
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure seamless payroll processing for weekly payments
- Track KPIs including placements, fill rates, and client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new staffing opportunities and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing, recruitment, or agency sales experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in weekly-paying roles
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through digital channels and networking
- Strong understanding of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva)
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
