Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and culture.
- Conducting skills assessments and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
- Marketing open positions through social media, networking, and job boards.
- Coordinating onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client/site visits).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs arise.
