Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and job seekers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and optimize hiring pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate engagement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Illinois staffing license/certification preferred
