Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns using LinkedIn and ATS platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Onboard candidates with seamless onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing or recruitment (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CERS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Charlotte's job market dynamics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (client site visits required)
