Responsibilities
- Sourcel, screen, and place qualified candidates in permanent/temporary positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment or staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Nashville market knowledge strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
