Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across IT, healthcare, finance, and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Track and report key recruitment metrics weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's job market and talent landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
