Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (manufacturing, healthcare, IT)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments for contract/permanent positions
- Develop strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding completion
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill, placement rates, and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience required
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean searches)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
