Responsibilities
- Sourcetop talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a perfect fit for client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and close placements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for professional success.
