Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and local networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with El Paso-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job requisitions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in El Paso market
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and quotas
- Strong knowledge of local industries and talent landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for local travel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
