Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, healthcare, and hospitality
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ Las Vegas-area businesses
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and candidate quality
- Present candidates to clients with compelling value propositions
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Nevada driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional Recruiter (CPR) certification preferred
- Experience with contract-to-hire and direct placement models
