Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key clients to understand their staffing needs and long-term business goals.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess qualified candidates across various industries, including healthcare, logistics, and administrative services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint in the New Orleans metro area.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from creating compelling job postings to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workforce solutions and improve placement metrics and retention rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports to demonstrate agency value to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management within the United States.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a high-energy team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
