Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for full-time positions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to understand their workforce needs and business goals.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and industry networks to proactively identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in recruiting).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management within the Cleveland area.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
