Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify passive and active job candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet client specifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs and workforce goals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients to attract top talent.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Proven track record of successful placements and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, employment law, and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Taleo.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
