Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries in Kansas City.
- Identify, source, and recruit top-tier talent using a variety of channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a perfect fit for both candidates and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and salary offers to secure placements while maintaining high margins.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Missouri labor laws and employment regulations.
