About the Role:
As a Staffing Account Manager, you will be the face of Apex Talent Solutions. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying qualified candidates to closing placements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver workforce solutions that drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conducting comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit for client positions.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and candidates in the Las Vegas market.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding support.
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring targets and quotas.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
