- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions within 24-48 hours
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct high-volume phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and timelines
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and document verification
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies for immediate placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of filling temporary/contract roles within tight deadlines
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings/late evenings for candidate availability
